No. Ordered Parking permits cannot be returned.

 

Where do I get my parking permits?

Parking permits can be obtained at the service office of Messe Düsseldorf. Information about the location of the service office and how to get access to the venue can be found in our Last Minute Mailing.

Do I need a construction / dismantling pass?

Yes. Construction and dismantling passes for stand constructors are required. For the application, the stand constructor must be accredited and a stand construction permit must be available. For the detailed procedure / application please visit the website fo the exhibition grounds operator Expocenter.

Exhibitor passes are valid for the entire period (set-up / dismantling and duration).

Exhibitor passes must also be ordered for standby / service personnel during the runtime.

Exhibitor passes can be obtained at the service office of Messe Düsseldorf.

How can I log in / register in the OOS?

You can log in / register with your personal email address and your personal password.

 

What do I need to do when my address or other details have changed?

To help us change your exhibitor's details in the right places, please let us know where exactly a change should be made:

1. Company details from your registration

2. Exhibitors' database of the event website / catalogue entry

3. Correction of the billing address specified in the registration

 

 


Fees

  

Which services are included in the media fee?

The media fee to be paid by each exhibitor is used for the publication of exhibitor data in electronic media (e.g. online catalog) and the use of the event portal by exhibitors. Information on the services included can be found in the registration documents on the event portal.. 

 

 


General

 

Is there any visitor registration?

What should be observed for machine demonstrations and audiovisual presentations?

Presentations of any kind should be kept to a minimum in the interest of other exhibitors and visitors. Noise levels at the stand boundary must not exceed 75 dB(A).
 

Do I need a permit for photography?

Photography on the venue and in the halls, especially photos of stands and exhibits, is prohibited.
Messe Düsseldorf GmbH is entitled to use recordings of all kinds for its own and general publications. 
 

How can my customer redeem their admission ticket vouchers?

Your customer can redeem the voucher directly on the website under "Vistior" / "Ticket & Registration" / "voucher".

 

Who can answer my questions regarding visa issues?

Please contact the Russian embassy / Consulate in your country directly or travel agency with Russian experience that you trust.
Messe Düsseldorf ist not able to issue invitation letters.

 

What services are included in shell scheme packages?

Can I hand out brochures all over the venue?

Exhibits, printed materials and advertising materials may only be displayed within the rented stand area, not in aisles or on exhibition premises.

How do I get group participation members and co-exhibitors registered?

Invoice

 

When will I receive my invoice for stand rental and orders?

The invoice of stand rental will be sent to you directly with your admission.
 
The invoice of technical services / additional items will be sent out approx. 4 weeks before assembly starts.

 

How can I enter a deviation invoice address for my space rental / orders?

Enter the deviating invoice address in the comment box at the end of the order process.

 

 


Logistics

 

Am I permitted to use my own cranes, forklift trucks or work platforms?

No. Please note that in accordance with our technical standards and due to health and safety regulations, only cranes, forklift trucks and work platforms provided by the service partner of Messe Düsseldorf GmbH are permitted.

Where can I store exhibits / materials?

 
 

Order

 

Why can't I order everything?

Generally orders can only be placed if there is a valid registered stand order.
 
If your stand order is not (yet) valid, you cannot place orders in OOS.
If you are part of a group participation, it is possible that you only have restricted order rights due to an existing agreement with your group organizer.
 
Other possible reasons:
  • The order deadline has expired.
  • The product or service is sold out.
  • The registered stand order is blocked for certain reason.
 

Can I still request services / products after the order deadline?

 

How do I find out whether my order has been successful, i.e. my order status?

Go to the relevant items in the order summary. There you will see the current status of your order, e.g. “order is being processed” or “order has been confirmed”.

 

Can I request parking permits after the expiry of order deadline?

 

When is the late booking surcharge applied?

The date from which the late booking surcharge applies is displayed under the price of the product. If the deadline has already been exceeded, the price including the late booking surcharge will be displayed automatically.
 
This surcharge also becomes payable if submitted documents are incomplete and clarification is required for the relevant technical services, so that we are unable to prepare appropriately and take required measures.

 

Can I cancel a product / service?

You can request cancellation inquiry in OOS. We will check your inquiry and inform you accordingly.

  

Can I order media services before admission?

Some events allow you to order media services before you are admitted, albeit on condition that admission will be provided later. If this is the case, you will be notified by email sufficiently well in advance.

 

 


Plans & stand construction

 

How can I find out my stand neighbour?

Your will find the link to the interactive hall plan in the OOS in the "My Account" area in the stand management. There you will find the location of each exhibitor.

 

Where can I find my stand sketch?

Once you are admitted to the event you will find the admission document, stand sketch and a link of the interactive hall plan in OOS under “My Account”.

 

Where do I find the technical guidelines?

Can I exchange shell scheme package services free of charge?

An exchange of shell scheme package services free of charge is not possible.

Messe Düsseldorf cannot receive exhibition materials on your behalf. So please make sure materials are received at your stand by a person you have authorised for this purpose.
